I need your help to > get the students:> >
- not to move/remove any furniture or items as arranged in respective areas/locations
- if they really need to borrow, to have the courtesy to put back the furniture/items to its original location > neatly (sometimes this affects teaching)
announcement 1:
- not to eat/drink in the teaching rooms (since we have allowed students to eat at the open area/floors; we have been infested with rats issue once again (this is probably aggravated with the hawkers outside and their disposal)
- When the students (ECA) borrows furniture from Admin's store we would appreciate that they not only clear and > return to the store but to ensure that it is stacked/placed neatly for safety reason. If not placed properly, any slight move may cause the furniture to drop/slide off causing injury to the person who may be either moving or replacing the furniture.
Secondly it will also save us time/manpower, so that we don't have to move the furniture at the front in order to get access to other furniture stacked > behind. (Sorry for being so long winded)
announcement 2:
