announcementsss

I need your help to > get the students:> >

- not to move/remove any furniture or items as arranged in respective areas/locations

- if they really need to borrow, to have the courtesy to put back the furniture/items to its original location > neatly (sometimes this affects teaching)
announcement 1:

- not to eat/drink in the teaching rooms (since we have allowed students to eat at the open area/floors; we have been infested with rats issue once again (this is probably aggravated with the hawkers outside and their disposal)

- When the students (ECA) borrows furniture from Admin's store we would appreciate that they not only clear and > return to the store but to ensure that it is stacked/placed neatly for safety reason. If not placed properly, any slight move may cause the furniture to drop/slide off causing injury to the person who may be either moving or replacing the furniture.

Secondly it will also save us time/manpower, so that we don't have to move the furniture at the front in order to get access to other furniture stacked > behind. (Sorry for being so long winded)

Lets celebrate Malaysia's 51st Independence Day!!!‏

As u might or might not have known, the IMU will be having a merdeka day celebration. As Malaysians, we should all be proud and happy for our country's independence and achievement. The proposed date of the event is on the 27th August 2008 (Wed).

Therefore, in order to instill the spirit of patriotism in the students of IMU, the IMU would like to encourage the participation of all students in the celebration. All batces in IMU are required to creatively decorate a notice board each based on the theme as specified below.

The exhibition could contain the history of the states (anything interesting based on your creativity ), places of interest in the state as well as any culturally distinctive aspects of the state. To spice things up, the best exhibition will be awarded with prizes. Marks will be awarded based on how informative, attractive and creative the exhibitions are.The exhibition must be set up on the specifically labelled boards by the 25th of August.

On the day of the event, food and beverages will be served in the atrium for staffs and students. Please encourage your batch to attend the celebration. The celebration will start at 12.00pm. All of us are also encouraged to dress up in Malaysia's traditional ethnic costumes such as: sarees, baju kurung, cheongsam and etc. It will be a fun and happening get together as we celebrate the 51st Annivessary of Malaysia's Independence.

WELCOME !!

Despite the fact that making announcement in the public will not really send the right message to everyone..We decided to work on the idea to let no one from ND108 miss out any announcements, news, etc.

1st, its recommended to subscribe to our site.
2nd, useful links (though there is only 2 links right now)
3rd, have fun with our very own site !

Feel free to drop your comments, jokes, opinion, enquiries, etc.

ps. its for the 60 great ND108 students only. too bad for other programmes lah!
