Assessment:
- group presentation (15 mins/group)
- present and display at least 2 dishes/beverages/desserts representing the chosen culture
- 3-5 members/group
- budget: RM15/student.. please get the receipt and hand it to me after the project..
- individual report.. to be handed in on the day of the presentation

the group presentation and individual report must include::
* historical prespective
* ingredients and flavor principles
* acculturation aspects

the top 3 groups will be given prizes..
