must include procedures... and answer the questions..
can exclude principles, but if u insist on including it.. just in simple point form..
oh ya.. and have to put in the structure too.. for sucrose and stuff..
= Batch Project =
for those who missed my announcement..
each batch is entitled to have a batch project each semester..
we can do something that's related to our course..
either a field trip or visit.. or whatever..
and the SRC will sponsor..
but we need to hand in a proposal and everything...
so.. we have some options here..
either visit a food manufacturing factory or a food management site..
we were thinking of going to both.. one in the morning.. the other in the afternoon..
for food manufacturing factory.. we have suggestions to go to Nestle chocolate factory / Nestle milk factory / Silverbird Cakes and Bakery factory...
for food management.. the suggestions we have are.. Institute Jantung Negara, BESTA..
we're still open for suggestions.. please suggest something that's practical...
i was hoping we can get everything done by this month and plan our project for some time before study break...
please let me know your suggestions.. and we'll plan and vote it in class...

i think when sing ean announce bout this trip in the class, someone suggested KLIA.. however majority took it as a joke... i think we can consider bout it... the food they need to prepare are actually international.. plus how the food can last so long... how can it be easily served? how is it suppose to suit so many ppl's taste? it is actually quite interesting to go there... y not we reconsider bout this suggestion...
